Return and Exchange Policy


We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Damaged or Defective Items:


No worries! Please email us at costumerservice@stashhaus.co right away, and we'll take care of everything for you. Please hold onto the item until we provide further instructions.

Returns on Unused Items:


Changed your mind? No problem! You can return any unused items within 30 days of your purchase. Just make sure they’re in their original condition and packaging. Once an item has been used, though, we can’t accept it back, even if it was just once.

Free Returns for Defective Items:


If your item is defective, we've got you covered with free returns. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

International Orders:


We value all our customers, but unfortunately, we can't accept returns for orders shipped outside of the United States. All international sales are final, and shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
